Rookie lifeguard courses can help with the Physical or Skills section of the Duke of Edinburgh Award

Learn how to make a difference

Would you know what to do if you saw a person in trouble in the water? What can you do? How can you do it? What then?

Participants must be must be able to swim 100m minimum in long length PJ's or similar.

Rookie lifeguards follow the RLSS programme. Contact jo@swimlessons.co.uk

DofE Physical/Skills/Volunteering Elements

Our challenging Rookie lifeguard courses can help train you to do these things. Its regulated with an award at the end. Swimming in PJs throughout!!
