Qualified Teachers
All our teachers have qualifications with either Swim England or STA (swim teachers association)
We encourage our teachers to continually develop their teaching skills by attending further courses or simply by bouncing ideas off of one another!
Safety
All teachers hold either a recognised rescue award or lifeguard qualification
DBS checks
All staff over 16yrs are DBS checked.
Staff under 16yrs have a work permit obtained from the local authority
Insured
Teachers and lifeguards are fully insured.
GR Swimming Schools has public liability insurance
